The New York Daily News is reporting that Lindsay Lohan has “flunked” a court-mandated drug test. According to the newspaper the failed test occurred sometime last week. TMZ is reporting that the drug in question was cocaine.
If the reports are true and Lindsay Lohan did indeed fail the test, it would be a direct violation of her probation and the actress would immediately be sentenced to 30 additional days in jail. Sources close to Lindsay have apparently told OK! magazine that she did not fail the test.
The troubled actress recently spent 14 days in jail and 23 days in rehab after violating her probation on back-to-back DUI cases in 2007. At the time of her release her lawyer Shawn Chapman Holley told the court. "She is very serious [about sobriety]. She has learned her lesson and wants to move on in a positive way." Her actions would suggest the contrary.
While Lindsay may have been trying to get her life back together after her stint in jail, she reportedly has surrounded herself with some "bad influences" and made some poor choices.
