Lindsay Lohan walked out of jail late Friday night after securing bail from a different judge. Find out what’s next for the troubled actress after the jump.
Lindsay Lohan was released from jail just before midnight on Friday after she posted $300,000 bail. The actress’ lawyer managed to finagle bail from Los Angeles Superior Court Judge Patricia Schnegg who overturned Judge Fox’s earlier decision that day to refuse the 23-year-old bail.
Lindsay has again been fitted with a SCRAM bracelet which will monitor her alcohol intake. Lohan must also steer clear of places “where alcohol is the chief item of sale.” The actress is set to voluntarily return to rehab, reportedly checking herself in to a facility sometime today. According to People magazine, “She will step up her treatment and do more than what she was previously ordered to do.” Lindsay is apparently eager to get clean and move forward with her life.
Lohan is still due back in court October 22 for a probation violation hearing where she’ll stand before Judge Fox once again.
